production process and component of luggage dolly

When we go to hotel, airport or market, we can often see people use a tool to carry luggages. That's luggage dolly, also called bellman cart, bellman handtruck , luggage trolley, luggage cart. It's flexible and easy to move around, help people to ease the burden of carrying luggages. Today, we're talking a experienced supplier in producing and selling luggage dollys, Laicozy . Their production process is as follows: select stainless steel tube---cutting ---bending ---polishing---welding---platform deck punching---carpet pasting---testing---quality inspection---packing. There are very strict quality control system, to ensure all products are qualified before delivery.

As you can see, luggage dolly consist of 3 parts: body, bottom base and wheels.  Let's talk about body first. In Laicozy, we use 1.0mm thickness with 50mm diamater 304 stainless steel tube.  Differs from 201 stainless steel used commonly in market, it's NOT easy to get rust,  strong and durable. This performance is very important for luggage dolly, since it's daily use in any places of hotel.  With perfect welding and nice finished, the trolley looks high classic, deluxe and long lasting durability. The tube  finish can be in titanium gold, brushed or polished.  Additional more design, we add top cloth bar and side bars for hanging clothes, make bellmen's works more relaxed.

Secondly, the deck is made of 3 parts: carpet +wood plate +steel plate. As for carpet, we choose top grade carpet with various color for your reference: blue, red, black and gray. Around the base, we use full wrap bumper to protect trolley from hitting walls. Under the base, we add 1.2mm thickness plywood board,to help trolley carry heavy goods, the maximum loading capacity, is 200 kgs .

Thirdly, there are normal pneumatic wheels, PPR wheels or chrome fitting wheels, total 4 kinds for option. Normally, there are 2 fixed and 2 swivel wheels to control it move everywhere. Most hotels will choose normal pneumatic, because it is noise-freely and don't disturb customers when passing the corridor.

And, regarding our  2 sizes dolly, one is standard size with 4 wheels for heavy baggage, another is compact size only with 2 wheels, is for small baggage. How to choose trolley carts suitable to you? It depends where you're going to apply them. If you're running a 4-5 star hotel,  standard dolly  would be your best choice.  On the contrary, if you want to use in small-scale hotel, spa or convention center ,handtruck carts will be your favorable choice, because they're economical and fit in these places.
