What do you know about hotel room service trolley?

What do you know about hotel room service trolley? What kind of room service trolley you have seen in hotel before when you asked  for room service? Is it a round table with a hot box? Or any other design? 

Definitely,most of the room service trolleys will use together with hot box, that’s why we may found the room service trolley will have a fixed space for hotel to put hot box. 

Normally, when customers ask for room service, they may need foods, especially hot and delicious foods, so it needs the hot box to keep food warm. That’s very important design details  for room service trolley. 

For room service trolley, LAICOZY has three types of them,one is five leaves table top, and two other types are three leaves table top. You may surprise that five leaves and three leaves? Yes, These leaves can be fold up and down, it’s flexible, if your hotel room width too small to go in, you can put two leaves down, and then it can go through the room. Of course, even we put the leaves down, this will not effect the hot box, as hot box will put on the bottom frame of table. 

For room service table top material, most factories may use MDF, or plywood. LAICOZY hotel room service trolley, we use 25mm plywood for table top, and the table top has available finish, such like black, white. But most clients like our original finish color, it looks high class enough, so they don’t want to change other finished. And after we upgraded the table top board, it’s function come with fireproof, and more easy clean, ultra lock feature that retains drop leaves in horizontal position. Beside, for trolley frame, we have options for 201stainless steel and 304 stainless steel, price is different for both, some clients would prefer to use 304 stainless steel, since it can keep more long time no rusty and more preservative. As usual, we will use 201 stainless steel to make frame for room service trolley, if clients have other request, we can customize for them.

 Apart from material, wheels also are the inseparable parts. We use four inch wheels, which two with break two are flexible. When hotel service staff come to room, they have to lock the wheels when they are servicing, this would more safety for both.
