Hotel bellman carts with different design for hotel room

It’s very common to see hotel luggage cart in hotel lobby, when you come in a hotel, the first sight may be the bellboy trolley, as it always be the entrance to help custom to delivery their luggage. So what kind of of hotel luggage cart you know?  

Generally speaking, most hotels may use 304 stainless steel for their luggage cart, but some hotels may only use 201stainless steel. The difference between these two materials were, 304stainless steel more durable than 201 stainless steel, with Corrosion resistance performance as well, 201material may more easy rusty, but 304stainless steel not. Besides, some luxury hotels may use copper material for bellboy carts, but more high class and expensive.

For our hotel luggage trolley, the normal material is 304 stainless steel as well, and use 1.0mm thick with 50mm diameter for bellman carts, it’s enough durable tube for stainless steel hotel bellman carts, which can be used more than 5 years, if under normal usage. However some cheaper luggage carts may use 201stainless steel with thin thickness.

Besides of the material, the finished also have several options, like titanium gold, polished and brushed, different finished meet with different price, titanium gold finish more expensive than other two finished. However, most of the hotels owner prefer gold color for their bellboy carts, as it would looks very luxury and brilliant for a hotel.

Apart from the material finish, the design also very important for the hotel luggage carts. The most common and normal type is the birdcage design hotel bellman trolley, which can hanging the cloth as well, with very perfect  design. For this normal design already hot sell with very long time in hotel industry. Currently there may appear a lot of different design of bellman carts, but this birdcage always be the primary choice for clients. The last part is the wheels for bellman cart, to make noise lower and serve clients more comfortable when they stay in hotel, pneumatic wheels help a lot, as it’s quiet when you move on. But it needs to put air after long time used. However some client think is more complicated for it, so they prefer PPR wheels, these wheels will no need to put air, but a question is, if the hotel corridor without carpet, this will make noise. All the wheels request will base on client’s option.
